As a rural service provider it is painfully obvious to see that Government (funding) focus is strongly tied to demographics, and yes, fewer people live rurally. However, that doesn't mean we don't exist. Not everyone lives in a big city. If you don't have all-encompassing policies/procedures then you are failing some sectors of our society. This isn't good enough.
