Lack of consistency pinpointed in ‘nonsense’ audit requirements

The owners of a rural pharmacy are at war with Medicines Control auditors who they claim are making up rules as they go along. They’ve also hit out at the auditing review system, which appears to have no fair appeal options in place. Reporter Nerine Zoio investigates

 A rural Rangitikei district pharmacy appears to have caught Medicines Control without rules to back up its audit demands.  Just before Christmas l, Angela Stephenson
