Well done for your wonderful trip and opportunity to provide  scare service that is lacking in some very desperate part of the world. However be very careful of calling  a country as 'counterfeit capital of world' after a 10 week trip without a prior and robust view. Mercy ship do there job very well without making scandalous statement and irrespective of the area and people!
