Chemist Warehouse opens three stores in two months as more independents fold

Chemist Warehouse The Valley opened earlier this year in New Plymouth
Independent pharmacies across Aotearoa are continuing to close, with another seven pharmacies notifying the Ministry of Health of their closure since 4 September, in addition to the 16 that closed earlier this year.
According to the ministry, Tamaki Pharmacy in Auckland, Antidote Central in Dunedin and Fitzroy Pharmacy in New Plymouth have all closed.
