A year ago, pharmacist Andrew Orange left New Zealand to take up a post as chief pharmacist for the Cook Islands. It was quite a change for Andrew, who left behind a career that spanned hospital pharmacy, pharmacy advisory and primary care portfolio management. He is enjoying being back on the front line and dealing with patients; however, the role has thrown up a unique set of challenges. He talks to Mark Longley about island life
