I don't know much about SwiftMed but why are pharmacies and the pharmacists involved not valued enough to be given a portion of the fee? It seems to me that the value in the service is convenience and accessibility, and surely patients would expect that some of their payment goes to the pharmacy. I wonder if patients even realise that SwiftMed is not recompensing the pharmacy? Come on everyone, let's be fair and let's value ourselves!
