Cinnamon

Cinnamon is not just popular for its aroma and flavour. Several health benefits of cinnamon have also been reported, from influencing blood sugar levels to healing wounds, as reviewed here by pharmacist and medical herbalist Phil Rasmussen

Cinnamon was one of the earliest spices to be traded, being brought to Europe by Arab traders for centuries without its exact source being divulged. I
