About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Guild in central Wellington. This role is a vital part in our mission to support our members and is the first point of contact for members needing advice and guidance on a wide range of topics. Working alongside another Pharmacist, day to day this role will:

  • Provide expert professional advice and support to members
  • Engage with external stakeholders, advocating on behalf of members
  • Contribute to submissions and advise the CEO and GM on professional and technical issues
  • Undertake project work around new services and member tools
  • Take a leading role on the response to issues that affect our members and sector

We are open to this role being full time or part time (4 days a week) and would welcome a conversation on how we can make this work for you.

About you

You’ll be an experienced, registered pharmacist and ideally come from a background that has included pharmacy management. You will also bring:

  • At least five years' experience as a pharmacist
  • Experience in a community pharmacy
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills
  • An ability to juggle multiple priorities and react quickly to change
  • Excellent relationship building skills with an authentic and genuine approach
