These are the first two instalments of his diary, which will continue online over the coming weeks

3 October, One of our older customers picks up a repeat of Viagra tablets. Four tablets. With each one cut in half it should last him two or three months.

Well written! I will look out for this in the future. An oblivious customer shouting over the top of everyone/everything else is an awkwardly common thing...
