Just another service that the DHB's receive free of charge from New Zealand pharmacies. Much like ethical product recalls. 

 

Yes - the crux of this to me is the expectation from the Ministry that female staff members are expected to hand pick cytotoxic drugs out of other returned medicines/rubbish.

And no - there are no guidelines from the Ministry.
